Platform User Agreement and Terms of Use

Applicable Entities: Buyers, Sellers, Service Providers, Registered Users, and Unregistered Users 

 

 

 

I. General Provisions

 

1.1 Scope of Application

- This Agreement applies to all users accessing or using [3Eeye] ("the Platform"), including but not limited to: 

  - Buyers (purchasing goods/services); 

  - Sellers (listing goods/services); 

  - Service Providers (e.g., payment/logistics partners); 

  - Registered/Unregistered Users (browsing content or interacting with the Platform). 

 

1.2 Agreement Effectiveness 

- By accessing/using the Platform, users are deemed to accept these terms. Discontinue use immediately if not in agreement. 

 

 

 

II. User Categories & Obligations

 

2.1 Buyers 

- Must provide valid payment and shipping information; 

- Ensure purchased goods comply with destination country laws (e.g., customs, tax requirements); 

- For large/value-critical orders, we strongly recommend negotiating with sellers to activate Escrow Transaction services (failure to use this service may limit your rights protection). The Platform will: 

   Charge applicable fees 

   Implement mandatory safeguards including: 

  - Online sales contracts 

  - Order tracking systems 

  - Third-party monitoring of raw material procurement and quality control 

  - Production process audits 

  - Goods quality insurance 

  - Final product inspection and logistics coordination 

  - Payment release only after buyers post-delivery verification 

- Buyer Protection Program (3Eeye Shield): The Platform provides return services, quality inspections, and dispute arbitration for buyers. 

 

2.2 Sellers 

- Guarantee goods/services meet: 

  - Platform policies (e.g., prohibited items list); 

  - Legal requirements of both origin and destination countries; 

- Seller Certification System: Sellers passing the Platforms quality, ethical, and environmental audits will receive the 3E Certified badge, prominently displayed on their business profiles. Non-certified sellers are not required to meet these standards and will not receive the badge. 

- For returns due to product quality issues, sellers must: 

   Provide unconditional refunds/returns; 

   Bear all associated costs (e.g., shipping, tariffs); 

   Respond to buyer disputes within 7 days and resolve them satisfactorily. 

- Assume full liability for false advertising, IP infringement, or illegal listings. 

 

2.3 Service Providers 

- Third-party services (e.g., payment/logistics) are governed by their own agreements; 

- The Platform bears no responsibility for disputes arising from third-party services. 

 

2.4 Unregistered Users 

- May browse public content but cannot transact or access membership features. 

 

 

 

III. Account Registration & Management

 

3.1 Registration Requirements 

- Provide accurate information (e.g., Sellers must submit business licenses); 

- Maintain account security and report anomalies immediately. 

 

3.2 Account Termination 

- The Platform reserves the right to suspend/terminate accounts violating this Agreement. 

 

 

 

IV. Platform Usage Rules

 

4.1 Prohibited Activities

Users shall not: 

- Post false, abusive, or discriminatory content; 

- Engage in money laundering, tax evasion, or illegal cross-border transactions; 

- Use unauthorized crawlers to extract Platform data. 

 

4.2 Content Ownership 

- Users retain ownership of posted content but grant the Platform a non-exclusive usage license. 

 

 

 

V. Transactions & Payments 

 

5.1 Order Fulfillment 

- Sellers must ensure accurate product descriptions and timely shipping; 

- Buyers must inspect goods and report disputes within 15 days of receipt. 

 

5.2 Currencies & Fees 

- Multi-currency transactions supported (exchange rates determined by payment gateways); 

- Service fees may apply (see separate agreements). 

 

 

 

VI. Privacy & Data Security 

 

6.1 Data Collection 

- Per our Privacy Policy and applicable laws (e.g., Chinas Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), EU GDPR), we collect personal information (e.g., names, payment details). 

 

6.2 Cross-Border Data Transfers

- User data may be transferred globally. Platform use implies consent. 

 

 

 

VII. Intellectual Property

 

7.1 Platform Ownership

- Trademarks, logos, and software belong to [Shenzhen Shangyu Youdan Internet Information Technology Co., Ltd.] or its licensors. 

 

7.2 User Responsibilities

- The Platform may modify this Agreement. Continued use implies acceptance. 

 

 

 

X. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

 

10.1 Jurisdiction
