Contract Creation and Usage Permissions
All platform users can view and sign contracts through the platform module by accessing the contract link and entering the password provided via secure method after receiving contract notification emails.
Contract initiators may only create contracts within their administrative permissions:
1. Settled sellers can create purchase/sale contracts
2. Third-party service providers can create service contracts
3. Platform customer service can create platform service contracts
